We’re looking for an experienced Web Producer. The Seabourn Web Producer plays a critical role in shaping the digital expression of the brand’s ultra‑luxury experience. This position is responsible for the end‑to‑end creation, refinement, and upkeep of web content, including copywriting, image selection and editing, content publishing, and ongoing updates to existing site material. Through thoughtful storytelling, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong understanding of Seabourn’s brand voice, the Web Producer ensures that every page of the site reflects the elegance, sophistication, and guest‑centric excellence that define the Seabourn experience. Their multifaceted authoring not only informs visitors but also inspires them, helping bring the essence of ultra‑luxury cruising to life across our digital platforms.

Responsibilities
Create, publish, and maintain landing pages in the Adobe Experience Manager CMS system; create written content, SEO optimization and visual merchandising to be consistent with our online customer journey; maintain web content calendar and manage website updates (product launches, changes to programs/offerings, maintaining destination pages, updating homepage).
Involve in all phases of designing and maintaining the web page using HTML and CSS; manage interactive projects from kick‑off and requirements‑gathering to UI, design, development, QA, authoring of page, and maintenance; manage inter‑departmental requirements and website QA processes.
Implement SEO best practices on the website; work alongside the email team to ensure we are driving traffic to relevant pages.
Work with the Revenue Management team to support merchandising initiatives for new promotions; work alongside the UX team to design improved experiences on‑site thereby increasing engagement.
Analyze online KPIs in Adobe Analytics to remove paths of friction and improve the customer journey on‑site, thereby improving the UX and increasing continuation rates; A/B test content to determine optimal content and language for our site.
Knowledge & Skills
Manage projects end‑to‑end, gathering information from various teams across Seabourn to help create and execute projects in accordance with Seabourn guidelines and brand; tasks are assigned via project management board Asana and directly from web production managers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing, IT, and creative teams to deliver web projects that align with business objectives.
Handle complex content management challenges, including integrating multiple brand requirements and resolving technical issues.
Anticipate and address user experience problems, optimizing web performance and accessibility.
Navigate evolving digital standards and adapt solutions to meet compliance and business needs.
Support business growth by enabling timely and accurate web updates, promotions, and campaigns.
Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements for digital content.
Provide guidance to cross‑functional teams on web best practices and project execution.
May oversee contractors or vendors for web development and maintenance tasks.
Manage resources and timelines for web projects, ensuring delivery within budget and scope.
Requirements
4+ years experience in web content publishing or a related field.
Creative and self‑driven with an excellent portfolio of work.
Experience in Adobe Experience Manager or similar Content Management System.
Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS.
Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and best practices.
Adobe Photoshop editing and image optimization for web.
Familiarity with program management tools: Asana, Jira or similar.
Web content authoring experience.
Highly agile, analytical, and strong metrics‑driven decision‑making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
Collaborates cross‑functionally across other teams.
Takes initiative to lead projects from conception to execution.
Travel: No or very little travel likely.
Work Conditions: Work beyond normal business hours or on weekends may be required occasionally to support business needs, projects, or operations.
Physical Demands: Remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time; reasonable adjustments will be offered.
Work Location: This position is classified as Hybrid. Employees are required to work from a designated Holland office Monday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Fridays.

Base Hourly Range: $28.46 to $38.41
