Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. The role involves cold calling, prospecting in a designated territory, conducting needs assessments, and building client relationships across various industries.
Responsibilities
Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
Promote Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
Cold call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management.
Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $63,000 per year.
Uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
Year 1 on‑target earnings around $100,000.
Year 2 on‑target earnings ranging from $105,000 to $125,000.
Expense allowance, mileage reimbursement.
Comprehensive benefits package (health, vision, dental).
Hybrid sales environment (home office and in‑field work).
Annual President’s Club trip and other incentives.
3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training and ongoing support.
