Job Summary
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for prospecting, building, on-boarding, and maintaining banking relationships with bank clients. This role is key to driving business growth for the Private Banking Group by providing personalized banking services to financial institution customers.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and expand existing relationships including sales efforts; engage key Product Partners as appropriate in delivering the full breadth of the bank to satisfy client needs.

Oversee all aspects of account management, including new account opening, follow‑up, communications, and maintenance.

Provide ongoing relationship servicing with current clients to maintain goodwill and gain additional business; handle sensitive client relationships and larger client needs.

Analyze problems and answer inquiries for a client; research and respond accordingly; may coordinate with other departments as needed.

Coordinate and assist back‑office personnel in resolving credit problems, delinquent payment issues, and other related affairs.

Assist Group Director in the development and execution of acquiring targeted new-to-bank relationships.

Review various reports, including check fraud, significant activity and changes, large deposit, detailed transaction reports, and month‑end reports; investigate and approve when needed.

Additional Accountabilities

Perform special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications

Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.

Minimum experience required: 3+ Years.

Preferred Qualifications

Education level preferred: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.

Pay Range
$101,770.50 - $173,468.00
