Job Description

Inizio Engage is building a nationwide Field Service team to support a leading biotechnology company with an innovative migraine treatment portfolio.

This field-based role supports healthcare providers by reinforcing product access pathways, strengthening specialty pharmacy connectivity, and executing approved commercial initiatives within assigned territories. While closely aligned to commercial strategy, this is not a traditional quota-carrying sales position.

What will you be doing?

Support brand initiatives focused on optimizing product acquisition through specialty pharmacy distribution.

Engage healthcare professionals to understand current prescribing pathways, identify access barriers, and reinforce appropriate product availability channels.

Maintain an expert understanding of the migraine product portfolio, disease state, patient education resources, and market dynamics.

Execute the approved strategic call plan to support territory objectives.

Analyze prior customer interactions and available data to tailor engagement approaches for each account.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to prioritize opportunities and coordinate local execution.

Reinforce the benefits of specialty pharmacy networks in supporting patient access to migraine therapy.

Utilize effective interaction techniques including pre‑call planning, focused messaging, productive questioning, and clear call summaries.

Share information on approved patient and provider support resources.

Complete all required call documentation and reporting in accordance with program procedures.

Participate in all required training sessions and complete compliance training within established timelines.

What do you need for this position?

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience such as:

Pharmaceutical Sales Experience

Medical/Medical Device Sales Experience

Professional Sales or Promotional Activity

Small Business Owner or Entrepreneurial experience

Marketing, Customer Service or Account Management

Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT)

Educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal)

Full Time Military experience

Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory

Willingness to travel

Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards
