You will play a critical role as a construction Project Manager supporting a major client's Kentucky campus operations alongside a dedicated three-person team. This position offers the opportunity to take independent ownership of construction projects aligned with your experience while working within a supportive structure that prioritizes safety, precision, and professional development. You will manage every phase of project delivery—from pre-planning through closeout—ensuring that capital improvements meet strict safety standards, stay on budget, and deliver value to one of our key manufacturing clients. This role is ideal for someone ready to grow their project management capabilities while contributing meaningfully to high-stakes facility operations in a collaborative, structured environment.

Conduct regular site walks and attend Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings, verifying compliance with Client Construction Safety Requirements including daily safety audits, JSAs, and Cardinal Safety Rules
Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules using standard tools, tracking committed costs, variances, and forecast-to-complete with weekly reporting to Senior Project Managers and client stakeholders
Prepare bid packages, coordinate procurement activities, and verify contractor pre-qualification status through ISNetworld prior to mobilization on client property
Process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contractor pay applications while maintaining complete project documentation in designated platforms throughout all project phases
Produce weekly project status reports covering budget, schedule, safety, and open issues; communicate proactively with Senior PMs regarding risks and decisions requiring escalation
Support value engineering efforts, coordinate inspections and punch list activities, and maintain organized project files in alignment with JLL and client account standards
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in construction project management or closely related role with demonstrated understanding of project phases, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and working familiarity with project scheduling tools (MS Project or Procore)
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and meeting commitments
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to document meetings, prepare status reports, and keep stakeholders informed
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in record‑keeping, cost tracking, and compliance documentation
Collaborative work style with ability to function effectively within a team structure, take direction from senior colleagues, and elevate appropriately
Commitment to safety compliance and willingness to uphold owner and OSHA safety standards on all projects
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in commercial, industrial, or manufacturing facility construction environments
Familiarity with owner's representative or owner-side project delivery models
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or active pursuit of certification
Prior exposure to safety compliance frameworks such as OSHA 10/30 (JLL will support earning required certifications)
