In this role, you will increase sales, build long-term customer relationships, and represent our comprehensive portfolio of scientific products and services. In a supportive work environment that values performance and innovation, help our customers make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.In this position, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage key customer relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction through a consultative sales approach. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to offer tailored solutions that meet customer needs while achieving sales goals. Through a combination of customer visits and virtual support, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping your customers advance their scientific goals.Your responsibilities:Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targetsSelling the LPD product portfolio to potential and new customersSelling new products to implement the growth strategy within the regionSelling the defined product portfolio through trade partnersTimely creation of sales plans and a monthly forecastEvaluating sales prospects by analyzing previous sales figures, customer contacts, cold acquisition, and general researchMaintaining systematic customer profiles, customer and competition information, and opportunities in the CRM systemEnsuring and increasing customer satisfactionProcessing large projects in connection with our project teamsMaintaining customer relationships in post-sales and generating long-term customer loyaltySupporting and assisting trade partners in the independent marketing of Thermo Scientific productsYour qualifications:Master's degree and at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the laboratory, science, or healthcare industryPreferred fields of study: Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific fieldTechnical expertise and the ability to understand customer applications and workflowsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsProven ability to build and maintain customer relationships at all levelsProficient in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office SuiteAnalytical skills and strategic thinkingResults-oriented approach with proven success in achieving sales targetsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environmentValid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50-75% within the assigned sales territoryFluent English; additional language skills are advantageousOur offer:A workplace at an innovative, forward-looking employerAttractive social benefitsConvenient transportation options / free parkingExcellent entry opportunities in the medical technology sectorDevelopment and career prospects in a globally growing companyWork in a dynamic team with a collegial working atmosphereYou will experience a varied job in a dynamic and international environment.
