To support a diverse range of clients including Federal Government, Healthcare, and Higher Education, the full-time remote Paid Search Specialist will develop and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, focusing on strategy, management, and analytics.
Key responsibilities
Develop strategic paid search plans and manage campaign execution to improve KPIs such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS
Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and optimize campaigns through A/B testing and ongoing management
Configure and maintain conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager, ensuring data accuracy across various platforms
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
3-4+ years of relevant experience in paid search and programmatic digital media, preferably in an agency setting
Hands-on proficiency with SA360, Google Ads, and Bing
Proficiency in conversion tracking configuration within GA4
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
