Job Overview
Sales Manager to manage 15 food service/on premise chain customers and sell all beverage package forms to the portfolio of customers. The position also seeks and converts new chain business.
Key Responsibilities
Write Annual Business Plan for specific group of customers to forecast volume, revenue and expense.
Appropriately probe to uncover customer's business objectives and needs, develop value creation strategies, develop investment strategies, and develop influencing plans to successfully accomplish Coca‑Cola and Customer objectives.
Renegotiate contractual agreements and conduct regular business reviews.
Solve issues that arise during execution in order to eliminate barriers.
Collaborate with cross‑functional team members (e.g., marketing, operations, finance).
Connect with outlet management and conduct regular restaurant audits to identify opportunities and ensure compliance.
Gather and analyze customer specific data (e.g., annual reports, 10K, store sales, store layout, check average, service history and traffic) to understand current economics, state of overall business, and identify recommendations for growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
3+ years of successful sales account management experience.
Foodservice experience preferred.
Effective communication, technical presentation, sales negotiation, and closing techniques.
Proven track record of securing sales of various offerings, working with multiple levels of purchasing tiers.
Proven ability to identify customer needs based on customer feedback and identify opportunities through technical knowledge.
Demonstrated sales lead development and account cultivation.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities without direct supervision effectively.
Location & Travel
Preferred Location: Houston, TX. Secondary Location: Dallas, TX. Travel – Approximately 10% to 25%.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay: United States of America $103,000USD – $121,000USD. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered. Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15%.
