BDMCardinal Technology, a leading IT Staffing and Services provider in NY Metro area is looking for dynamic IT Staffing Business Development Manager

BDM for their office in Monmouth Junction, NJ.ResponsibilitiesThe Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for establishing new client relationships through cold calls, networking, and strategic sales activities.Developing relationships with C-Suite executives, hiring managers, directors, and HR managers to secure qualified job requirements.We are looking for an experienced hunter/sales professional with 5-10 years of a proven business development background within the staffing industry.The ideal candidate will have previous experience selling contract, contract to hire, and direct hire staffing solutions to clients on a regional and/or national basis.Qualified applicants will have a record of success in a sales role selling staffing or other professional services into fortune 500 client base.Ability to generate new leads and clients.Experience working with CEM software such as Salesforce.com or ZOHO software for managing accounts is a plus.Qualifications* Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or similar fields * Proven track record of professional sales with established credibility in past successes. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * The candidate should be technology/computer/social media savvy.
