Brand Manager, Cordless Marketing

Responsibilities

Insights to test and validate messaging, storytelling, and creative assets, leveraging learnings to deliver best-in-class brand communication.

Develop category and brand breakthrough claims and pricing strategies to strengthen marketability and maximize sales performance.

Asset development: develop consumer‑relevant messaging and assets that clearly communicate product and brand benefits through close partnership with packaging, digital, in‑store, collateral, and support for infomercial/advertising and digital efforts.

Creative process management: manage creative development workflows.

Performance evaluation: analyze campaign and brand activity performance to support the development and implementation of a cohesive brand experience.

Develop narratives and tools that enhance sales effectiveness and customer creative services, and partner with sales and trade marketing to develop and execute global go-to-market strategies.

Team leadership & development: lead, mentor, and develop associate brand marketing staff.

Qualifications

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably with direct responsibility for product marketing, messaging, positioning, and innovation planning.

Experience leveraging consumer insights to develop effective marketing.

Experience in creative strategy development, advertising, and launching new products.

Degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
