Influencer Marketing Manager (Hybrid)
As the Influencer Marketing Manager will own the end‑to‑end execution of paid partnerships, from outreach and briefs to contracts, payments, and content delivery, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and calendar. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with creators, managers, and agency partners while creating data‑driven campaign assets, dashboards, and KPI tracking in collaboration with sales and digital teams. By optimizing budgets, negotiating rates, and supporting influencer experiences and PR partnerships, you'll enable scalable, high‑impact campaigns that accelerate product launches and business growth.

As a member of the Influencer Marketing Team, you will collaborate with the marketing team and report directly to the Executive Director of Global Influencer Marketing.

This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standard Act's overtime requirement and is open to candidates based in California. While the position is primarily remote, it follows a hybrid schedule requiring occasional in‑person work at Culver City, CA 90230. The role requires working in PST hours, so candidates located on the West Coast are preferred. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions are essential for remote work.

Essential Job Functions

Oversee end‑to‑end partnership process from outreach to post‑campaign evaluation.

Source, vet, and engage suitable paid creators and talent.

Ensure alignment with brand strategy, calendar, and revenue goals.

Maintain end‑to‑end campaign execution with outreach, briefs, contracts, payments, and content execution.

Oversee content production and ensure creative alignment with brand guidelines.

Build and maintain campaign dashboards to track progress and outcomes.

Monitor campaign performance, extract insights, budgets, approvals, and spend tracking.

Negotiate favorable rate cards and value‑added opportunities while maintaining brand standards.

Maintain a KPI tracker in collaboration with the sales team; translate data into actionable optimizations while tracking social metrics and identify viral moments.

Work with the digital team to keep usage rights tracker up to date to ensure ad codes, tracking parameters, and attribution are correctly implemented.

Assist with paid partnership approvals for PR agencies and oversee campaign strategy and ensure creative briefs align with brand direction.

Plan and manage influencer experiences and events tied to product launches and key initiatives.

Coordinate logistics, guestlists, and on‑site activations; capture content and post‑event follow‑ups.

Non‑Essential Job Functions

Industry research and trend spotting: Stay ahead of beauty influencer trends, platform shifts, and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Content ideation and creative briefing: Generate high‑level ideas for campaigns and craft briefs to guide creator‑produced content.

Budget reconciliation and vendor coordination: Assist with cost tracking, in‑kind trade negotiations, and partner invoices as needed.

Internal communications and onboarding support: Help with team updates, cross‑functional alignment, and onboarding new partners or hires.

Event pre/post‑show support: Participate in planning sessions for IRL events or influencer activations and assist with follow‑up outreach after events.

Bachelor's degree

3‑4+ years relevant experience

Excellent written & oral communication skills

Passion for Beauty, particularly the social media and influencer space; previous beauty company experience a plus

Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Track record for achieving results and driving projects

Organized multi‑tasker with the ability to problem‑solve

Relationship‑building skills and event planning are a plus!

The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will report to this role.

This role requires the following physical capabilities:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.

Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, twist, and squat to adjust or position equipment, cameras, or set up for events.

Prolonged periods standing, bending, stooping, and reaching.

Must be able to travel frequently, sometimes requiring long periods of driving or riding in a vehicle.

Must be able to focus on detailed work for extended periods, which may lead to eye strain or fatigue.

Must be able to perform tasks that require fine motor skills, including typing and using a mouse.

Must be able to carry and transport promotional or sales materials.

Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, often time‑sensitive environment.
