Siemens Grand Prairie is seeking a
Graphics & Engineering Support Specialist
to support
product maintenance and sustaining engineering activities
for Panelboards and Switchboards.
This role combines
graphics creation, documentation control, and engineering support , ensuring accurate product information, organized data, and efficient execution of engineering processes.
Graphics & Labeling
Create and maintain product labels, instructions, and safety graphics using
Adobe Illustrator
Apply approved templates, symbols, and branding standards
Update documentation based on approved engineering changes
Documentation & Change Support
Maintain revision control and organized documentation
Prepare and upload documentation to
Teamcenter, shared drives, and SAP
Assemble ECN/ECO packages and supporting documentation
Perform first-pass quality checks on labels and instructions
Engineering Support
Monitor and follow up on
engineering support requests
to ensure timely closure and prevent overdue items
Maintain visibility of open activities and support the team in meeting response and completion timelines
Track and maintain status of
UL projects , ensuring documentation and milestones are up to date
Support purchase requisition (PR) creation and purchase order (PO) tracking through goods receipt
Process & Knowledge Management
Document workflows, checklists, and work instructions
Support knowledge capture for training and continuity
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience
1–3 years in a technical support, documentation, or graphics-related role
Experience with
Adobe Illustrator (or similar tools)
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis with out company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in
engineering or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with
SAP, Teamcenter, or similar systems
Exposure to controlled documentation or product labeling
