Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within the existing customer base to drive additional revenue.
Collaborate with the sales team to align sales strategies and initiatives with customer needs.
Develop and execute account plans for each customer to increase revenue and maximize satisfaction.
Monitor changes in the customer’s organization or business priorities that might affect relationships and keep management updated.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with the assigned book of business, ensuring their needs are consistently met or exceeded.
Regularly interact with customers to understand their business challenges, needs, and objectives and provide tailored solutions.
Monitor and report on sales performance and account metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management system.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure continuity of product and service.
Share customer feedback with relevant departments to help improve product offerings, service delivery, and customer experience.
Qualifications

Proven experience in account management and sales growth, preferably in the wholesale industry.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse customer base.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities and trends.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
