Client DirectorTo be responsible for owning and expanding the end-to-end relationship with a large/strategic global client. The role serves as the single point of accountability for client success, driving multi-country revenue growth, delivery excellence and long-term strategic alignment between client global business priorities and our services portfolios.Client Director

CP with an account size of 20-50M$Key Responsibilities:Own the overall client relationship across all geographies, service lines and business unitsAct as the strategic advisor to the clients CIO/CTO/CFO/Business HeadsBuild and sustain HCL's position as a preferred global partnerDrive global revenue expansion by identifying opportunities across regions, industry and service offeringAnticipate client's evolving needs and proactively introduce innovation, digital transformation and new modelsChair global governance boards to track performance, transform outcomes and innovation initiativesRepresent the company in client forums and industry eventsProvide thought leadership to the client on emerging technologies and industry trendsLead a global account team including Account managers, Client Directors and Support functionsWhy HCLTech?At HCLTech, you'll supercharge your potential. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
