Driving brand growth and optimizing lifecycle value, the full-time remote Senior Marketing Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives and experimentation efforts within the newly formed Lifecycle Value Lab, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and brand performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute tactical marketing plans for assigned brands across various channels
Support the LVL experimentation model by defining business problems, developing testable hypotheses, and measuring impact
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high-impact marketing initiatives that support brand growth and organizational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

Doctorate degree and 2 years, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's Degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors
Experience developing and executing omnichannel marketing and digital campaigns
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and budgets
Experience with experimentation and test-and-learn approaches in marketing strategies
