Role Overview

Customer Experience Guide – Seasonal (Retail). Location: Baltimore, MD. Reports to: Retail Store General Manager. Pay: $20.15 – $22.15 per hour. Seasonal 3–4 month contract. Not eligible for company–sponsored benefits except sick leave benefits and in‑store discounts.
Responsibilities

Deliver front‑line customer service, sales and product knowledge.
Support core teams during peak seasons, sales, and other needs.
Answer phones, manage front‑ and back‑of‑house operations, inventory flow and in‑store repairs.
Process shipments, physical inventory, restock floor, assist with sale prep, product transfers and donations.
Maintain visual store standards: display, mannequins, shelving, wiping, dressing.
Practice security measures, prevent theft, handle safety situations, report concerns.
Support event staffing and general store cleanliness and safety.
Qualifications

Proven customer service and/or sales experience. Retail background preferred.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, adaptability, organization and time‑management skills.
Self‑motivated and team‑oriented with basic math and computer skills.
Knowledgeable or eager to learn about our products.
Ability to stand, walk, reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, carry products, stair climbing, lift up to 55lb, and perform general store tasks.
Physical Requirements

Stand/walk for extended periods, reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, carry products, climb stairs, lift up to 55lb, sweep, vacuum, and empty trash.
Schedule

Store open 7 days a week. Current hiring needs: under 19hrs per week, open availability on Saturdays and Sundays, flexible shift times. Shift may begin and end up to 2hrs before/after business hours.
