Job Summary Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses focusing mainly on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi‑location opportunities. As part of the sales process, create and deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services. Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer. Sell with the goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets while staying abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
Core Responsibilities Develop territory, including local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and local enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand.
Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive impression of the Comcast Experience.
Acquire new customers for Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services.
Generate new leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi‑location opportunities.
Identify improvement areas through a consultative process that enhances prospects’ communication effectiveness.
Effectively manage a high‑activity territory and comprehensive business plan.
Collaborate with technical, customer service, and related support staff to ensure end‑to‑end customer sales and satisfaction, driving new revenue growth.
Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects that achieves monthly quota performance and above.
Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
Adhere to all company standards, professionalism, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits Base Pay: $64,500.00. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $114,500.00. Comcast provides best‑in‑class benefits to eligible employees, including a comprehensive benefits program that supports physical, financial, and emotional well‑being.
Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree preferred; consideration is given to candidates with relevant coursework and experience or extensive professional experience. Relevant work experience: 5–7 years.
