AS Beauty Group is seeking a highly driven Director or Senior Director of International E-Commerce & Digital Marketing. Based in New York City, this role focuses on aggressively growing our international DTC business, particularly in the UK market.
You will manage the full international e-commerce P&L, develop growth strategies, and optimize customer experiences. A strong background in scaling e-commerce ventures, alongside expertise in digital marketing and analytics tools is required.
The salary range is $150,000 to $200,000 annually with a discretionary bonus, and the position offers a hybrid work model.
