Your New Role

The Director of Product Management will manage the technical product strategy of the Digital Advertising Technology team. The director will work with Salesand brand leadership on both long‑term strategy and meeting the short‑term goals of the business, as well as work alongside internal and external stakeholders to both define and drive technical advertising projects and integrations.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end design and launch of net‑new, revenue‑driving ad products and platforms, partnering closely with Ad Sales and Brand teams to accelerate innovation and unlock new monetization opportunities. Serve as the primary owner of the product roadmap, and development for NEO, WBD’s proprietary self‑service advertising platform.
  • Maintain relationship with Distribution and external partners to execute platform integrations on partner endpoints. Day to day lead for managing endpoint activations with partners.
  • Serve as point of escalation to Ad Sales for technical issues/questions and provide additional technical support as necessary to ensure successful delivery of sales commitments.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and product leads to communicate advertising business needs and timelines for TVE, Streaming, and FAST platforms.
  • Process documentation and training.
  • Delegation of projects and daily workload as needed.
  • People development and mentoring of staff.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • 15+ years of experience in Digital Ad Technology and/or Product Management.
  • Ability to manage an agile team in a fast‑paced environment
  • A thorough understanding of digital ad products, ad measurement, TV Everywhere platforms and services, and programmatic advertising
  • Extensive knowledge of Freewheel and Google Ad Manager ad serving platforms
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
