Senior Account Director (NYC)
New York City, USA (Hybrid Working – 3 days in office per week)
Benchmark salary: $130,000 to $140,000 (DOE). Salary depends on market and experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Leading account teams to deliver best‑in‑class social‑first strategy, creative, media, and community strategy and ensuring the output meets strategic objectives.
- Leading the development of senior client relationships and services strategy to inform account direction.
- Commercial management of account scopes, ensuring scopes are delivered and reporting on performance.
- Supporting development of the client services department through teaching, process iteration, and reporting.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in a client services role in an agency setting.
- Ownership of account output quality and understanding of social‑first delivery (strategy, creative, media, and management).
- Strong project management and client services principles with experience in teaching & process improvement.
- Commercial experience in account work.
- Proven track record of retaining, developing, and growing accounts.
- Passion for improving client experience and building relationships.
- Experience with global brands, preferably FMCG.
