Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis is a leading global communications agency. We are looking for a senior, high‑energy Senior Account Executive for our Film/TV/Streaming team. The role requires approximately 4 years of experience in media relations and a strong network of press contacts.
The Role
- Comprehensive Campaign Lead: Develop and execute 360‑degree communications strategies, from festival launches to global premieres.
- Modern Release Strategy: Integrate creators, social media moments, and digital partnerships into traditional PR plans for a 2026 audience.
- Festival & Awards Stewardship: Manage talent, secure coverage, and influence voters and audiences during film festivals and awards seasons.
- Event Excellence: Plan and lead media‑specific moments such as influencer screenings, press conferences, and red carpets, handling invite lists, RSVPs, and media logistics.
- Content Command: Produce client‑ready materials, including press releases, blog posts, creative pitches, and executive briefing notes.
- Account Stewardship: Partner with Senior Managers to meet deliverables for 4–6 clients, ensuring precision and professionalism.
- Mentorship in Action: Proactively mentor junior team members and drive team growth.
- Relationship Driven: Lead by example in trust, discretion, and integrity with co‑workers, partners, and media.
Who You Are
- Entertainment Specialist: 4+ years of PR focused on film and television with a record of successful launches.
- Fluency in the New Landscape: Understand how traditional media, creators, and social content converge for a 2026 audience.

Salary
$67,500 – $75,000 per year
