Job Summary

In‑person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts. Schedule guests to meet with a representative for a presentation.
Responsibilities

Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations.
Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales‑preview tour.
Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits.
Present sales presentations in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% time).
Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings, stay current on marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
Qualifications

1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
