What you’ll actually be doing:
Editing YouTube videos for a channel people are paying attention to. Managing and executing social media content across multiple brands. Building and executing content strategy that drives growth. Coordinating with the rest of the team when shoots, launches, or events are in play.
What we need from you:
You’ve done this before. Maybe at a real company, maybe entirely on your own building something from scratch. Either way, real output, real volume, real results. You understand short form and long form. You’re fast without being sloppy. You can take a rough direction and build something worth watching. You can manage work across multiple brands at once, each with their own strategy, voice, and message, without letting anything slip. And you know how to read the numbers. Analytics aren’t an afterthought to you, they inform every decision you make. A film degree means nothing here. We make unconventional content and we’re proud of it. What matters is that you know your craft, you execute it well, you hit your deadlines, and you don’t overthink it. No knowledge of audio gear required. Learn a few basics and you’ll be fine. Our content isn’t about products, it’s about the experience we create for people.
What you need to know how to use:
Video editing software at a proficient level. YouTube inside and out. Social media platforms and how to operate them effectively. AI tools that make your workflow faster and your output better.
This role is fully on site in Timonium, MD. Full time, salaried. Travel is required for trade shows, events, and out of state content shoots at other locations.
