Join a dynamic social media team where you’ll support community management, social listening, and content execution across major platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for brand voice, and enjoys turning data into action.

Job Responsibilities

Monitor, triage, and respond to inbound messages across social platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

Help build and maintain online communities while flagging potential reputational risks in a timely manner.

Use social listening tools such as Sprinklr and Meltwater to pull insights and share findings with the broader team.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all channels.

Support the rollout of enterprise social media software and help establish governance and workflow protocols.

Skills/Requirements

0–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, PR, or a related field.

Ability to pull and interpret social media analytics natively and through publishing platforms.

Experience with social media listening and management tools (Sprinklr and Meltwater a plus).

Excellent writing, copy-editing, and communication skills across multiple platforms and audiences.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Information

Hybrid work environment based in Chicago, IL.

Must be able to work extended hours in the evening or on weekends as needed.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $26–$28/hour
