National Account Director – DMV Area

A leading commercial services organization is seeking an experienced senior-level sales professional to help drive national expansion. National Account Director Requirements & Qualifications

5–8 years of B2B sales experience , with a focus on commercial real estate, property management, or facility services clients

Demonstrated track record closing large, complex, or multi-site service agreements

Experience responding to and winning RFPs in a service industry

Existing network of industry contacts, ideally in the DMV or another major U.S. metro area

Ability to navigate long sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Willingness to travel up to 40–50% nationwide

National Account Director Preferred Background & Skills

Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or facility services

Familiarity with national account structures and managing multi-location contracts

Connections within BOMA , IREM , or related commercial property management associations

National Account Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and close national and multi-site commercial cleaning accounts across key U.S. markets

Leverage existing relationships to generate leads and build early-stage pipeline

Develop and execute a national account strategy with leadership, targeting key verticals and markets

Own the full sales cycle: outreach, RFP response, pricing negotiation, scope of work, and handoff to operations

Represent the company at industry events and networking forums to increase brand awareness

Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in CRM, reporting regularly to leadership

Collaborate with operations to ensure deliverability and support seamless account launches
