Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator at Mead & Hunt Scottsdale, AZ

Overview
Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Entry‑Level Marketing Coordinator to join our Aviation group at our Scottsdale, AZ office.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:

Coordinating the proposal process including curating internal content, editing, layout.

Preparing statements of qualification and interviews for competitive project pursuits

Attending proposal kickoff meetings

Assisting with advertisements, public relations, photography, database management, and administrative tasks, as needed.

Performing quality control reviews

Archiving proposal content and other marketing materials

Other tasks as assigned

Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications
The successful candidate must have at least one of the following:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, journalism, communication arts, public relations, English, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.

OR

Associate’s degree in marketing, business administration, journalism, communication arts, public relations, English, or related discipline from an accredited college or university AND at least 2 years of relevant experience.

OR

If no degree, must have at least 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, business administration, journalism, advertising, or public relations.

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all the following:

Working in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment with constant deadlines

Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)

Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

Database experienceProofing/editing long documents

Familiarity with architectural or engineering consulting firm
