Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.

Earn commissions based on appointments made, interviews held, and successful placements originating from your outreach.

Qualifications

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Self‑starting, proactive approach with independent schedule management.

Enthusiasm for outreach, forging connections, and helping individuals advance their careers.

No recruiting experience required; organizational and resourceful skills preferred.

Compensation
Performance‑based, commission‑only model with no earning ceiling. Commissions are earned for each qualified meeting, extra payouts when interviews materialize, higher rates on new business, bonus commissions for placements, and additional performance‑based bonuses.
