Onescreen is based out of Boston, Massachusetts and this is a hybrid role.

About the role
We're looking for a motivated OOH Media Planner to join our Planning team. You'll support the development and execution of out-of-home campaigns across a range of clients and verticals. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is eager to grow their planning craft, sharpen their analytical skills, and become a power user of the Onescreen platform.

What you’ll do

Support end‑to‑end OOH campaign planning, from audience research and market selection through to proposal delivery and execution

Build and maintain campaign plans, cost schedules, and performance summaries using internal tools

Research target audiences and analyze their characteristics, behaviors, and media habits

Collaborate with account managers, clients, and creative teams to align on objectives and strategies

Become a proficient user of the Onecreen planning platform, and surface product feedback to product team members

Manage relationships with OOH media vendors and support negotiations under the guidance of senior planners

Juggle tasks across multiple active campaigns simultaneously, meeting internal and client deadlines

Present media plans with the assistance of the Account Executive to clients and key decision makers

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in OOH or broader media planning

Familiarity with core OOH formats (billboards, transit, experiential, DOOH) and how they fit into a broader media mix

Working knowledge of audience and measurement tools (GeoPath, Nielsen, Google Analytics, or similar)

Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines at once

Clear communicator — in writing, presentations, and across internal teams

Comfortable in spreadsheets and web‑based planning platforms

Analytically curious, with an eye for data and performance metrics

Ability to work EST hours

Nice to have

Familiarity with campaign evaluation and attribution methodologies
