JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interaction Designer with a focus on voice and digital assistant products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating conversational flows and working collaboratively with software engineers to deliver end-to-end user experiences. This role involves deep involvement in user research, usability testing, and iterating on design solutions to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Overall the role requires a blend of experience in designing user interfaces for conversational and interactive systems, prototyping, and managing product development.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Design intuitive voice and chat UI for conversational agents.

Conduct and analyze usability evaluations to guide design decisions.

Collaborate with software engineers and development teams to implement design solutions.

Utilize Figma or similar tools for sketching, mocking up, and prototyping designs.

Maintain high standards of communication, ensuring clear understanding among team members.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in interaction design for voice or chat interfaces.

Expertise in user research and usability testing.

Strong abilities in prototyping and technical communication.

Industry Experience Required:

Prior experience in consumer product design, especially in designing for digital and intelligent voice assistants, is highly desired.
