Job Purpose
Associate Brand Manager for Dove and Dove Men+Care in haircare and skincare, responsible for evolving brands online and in‑store, integrating creative storytelling, commerce, and shopper experience to drive growth and consumer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Own execution of eCommerce content across Amazon, brand.com, and retailer PDPs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and strong conversion.
Lead development of highly desirable A+ content, enhanced content, brand stores, and digital shelf assets that showcase beauty and science.
Optimize product pages in partnership with Beauty & Wellbeing subject matter experts to improve visibility and conversion.
Lead execution of retailer displays, national programs, shelf strips, and shopper‑facing assets for in‑store and online presence.
Partner with customer teams on best‑in‑class special packs and club packs, ensuring in‑store presence and messaging across key retail partners.
Own campaign management and end‑to‑end project leadership across multiple initiatives, coordinating creative and production agencies, legal, R&D, supply chain, sourcing, brand innovation, demand creation, and media teams.
Demand generation: collaborate with cross‑functional partners on annual planning and execution of Dove.com and PRM content, develop and execute consumer sampling activities that drive trial and increase penetration on hero items.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
4+ years of experience in Brand and/or Integrated Marketing, preferably within CPG, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
Social‑first mindset, well versed in Instagram, TikTok, and the creator economy with a passion for beauty.
Strong organization and project‑management skills; ability to operate in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with multiple cross‑functional partners and stakeholders.
Content creation background with experience in haircare or adjacent beauty category.
Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data to make business recommendations.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence across internal teams and agency partners.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
Additional experience in cross‑channel eCommerce and shopper experience strategies.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $88,600 to $133,000. Bonus eligible. Long‑Term Incentive (LTI) eligible.
