With our continued growth, and expansion into the US Market, we're seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing team in our Morgantown, PA offices, located just a mile off PA Turnpike exit 298.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the Digital Marketing Manager in executing growth-oriented, omni-channel campaigns that build brand awareness and drive product sales across key digital channels, including email, SMS, and social media. This role is highly collaborative and detail-oriented, helping coordinate timelines, creative deliverables, and partner needs while supporting consistent, consumer-focused digital execution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General Campaign & Project Coordination (Cross-Channel)
- Coordinate campaign timelines, task lists, and status updates to support omni-channel execution across social media, web, email, affiliate and SMS.
- Support campaign setup and trafficking by organizing inputs such as copy, creative, links, and UTMs as directed, and confirming deliverables meet requirements before launch.
- Maintain campaign documentation, including calendars, launch checklists, and creative inventories, and ensure final assets are archived appropriately for global usage.
- Assist with compiling campaign performance snapshots and recurring updates for leadership review, including dashboards, monthly recaps, and KPI rollups.
- Supports with general administrative tasks such as contract management, budget tracking, sample coordination, and process documentation for areas of oversight and support, including social media, CRM and SMS, and affiliate marketing.
Creative Support
- Serve as a day-to-day coordination contact for creative team by routing requests, organizing feedback, and tracking due dates to support timely delivery.
- Prepare and share clear briefs and requirements provided by the Digital Marketing Manager, including timelines and deliverables, and follow up to keep work on track.
Social Media (Organic Execution & Community Support)
Content Deliverables
- Schedule and publish organic content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and future channel additions using native platforms and social management tools as directed.
- Draft or adapt captions and post copy in alignment with the social media strategy, brand tone of voice, and proofread creative and copy before posting.
- Support the creation of short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube by assisting with filming, basic edits, formatting, and posting coordination.
- Coordinate with the in-house creative team to obtain and route visual assets for posts, stories, and community content.
- Lead market research and competitor research to bring awareness to key stakeholders inform and support the Digital Marketing Managers social media strategy.
Community Management Support
- Support community management by monitoring comments and messages, escalating issues, and routing consumer service needs in partnership with internal teams.
- Supports community management by engaging with other accounts and creators for the purpose of building brand awareness through visibility, growing follower account, and trust signaling.
- Document and communicate key messaging themes that could support cross departmental decision-making such as new product or fashion development, inventory issues, product quality or misuse, partnership opportunities, etc.
Email, SMS & Web Support
- Support email and SMS execution by coordinating creative and copy inputs, assisting with send QA checklists, and pulling post-send performance summaries.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Ecommerce Manager with web content updates and basic coordination for product and campaign landing pages or pop-ups, including copy updates, asset swaps, and link checks, as directed.
Affiliate Marketing
- Take ownership of ground-up affiliate marketing strategy under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager including platform strategy (GRIN), vetting, creating, managing and reporting affiliate partnerships.
Analytics, Reporting, & Admin
- Track key metrics across affiliate, social and CRM channels and maintain recurring reports, including social KPIs, campaign summaries, and basic performance trend views, for review with the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Help keep the team organized by maintaining calendars, meeting notes, action items, and project trackers for digital marketing workstreams.
- Support trend monitoring by flagging emerging digital and social trends, content ideas, and competitive activity for team discussion.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- One (1) to (3) years of experience supporting digital marketing execution, social media coordination, content editing and publishing, email marketing support, or related marketing operations.
- Supporting day-to-day execution across digital and social channels, including content publishing, campaign coordination, and recurring reporting support, preferred.
- Coordinating digital campaign assets, copy, links, and launch requirements across cross-functional teams.
- Assisting with recurring performance reporting, campaign summaries, dashboards, & KPI tracking.
- Email and SMS marketing execution support, including QA processes and post-send reporting.
- Using affiliate marketing platforms, partner coordination, or affiliate/influencer program support.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including timeline management, task tracking, and documentation.
- Able to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accuracy across calendars, trackers, checklists, and recurring deliverables.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and attention to detail, with the ability to align content with brand tone and voice.
- Ability to proof and validate campaign details, including links, asset versions, formatting, and tracking elements, prior to launch.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across internal teams and external partners.
- Support creative briefs, content capture, and basic content editing in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing performance metrics across social, email, SMS, and affiliate channels.
- Skilled at interpreting performance data and translate metrics into clear summaries, action items, and next steps.
- Ability to monitor and escalate consumer, brand, or service issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Adaptability and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, collaborative work style with the ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team environment.
Technology
Proficient with:
- Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
- Social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Social media management tools such as Emplifi, Hootsuite, or Sprout.
- Meta Business Manager / Ads Manager.
- Google Analytics and social platform reporting tools.
- Canva & Adobe Creative Suite for basic editing, formatting, & social content support.
- Project management software (Wrike or ASANA preferred.)
Familiar with:
- New digital platforms, tools, & workflows, with the ability to learn & adapt quickly.
- Corporate travel systems, Navan preferred.
- Corporate credit card management software, BILL Spend & Expense preferred.
- Payroll systems, Paycom preferred.
- Ability to quickly and proficiently learn new software with ease.
Other
- Employees in non-exempt positions must accurately complete, obtain manager approval for, and timely submit timecards in the form provided by the Company in accordance with the Company’s bi-weekly payroll schedule.
