Web Developer - Lead

Location: within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ - 3 days on site in a week

Pay Range: $70-$80/Hr.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 from Day 1

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer to lead the development of a

greenfield enterprise platform

that replaces manual, spreadsheet-driven processes with a modern web-based system used across multiple business locations.

This is a high-impact role where you will design and build a scalable application from scratch, working closely with business stakeholders and owning key technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop full-stack applications using

C#, ASP.NET Core, React, SQL Server
Build REST APIs and scalable backend services
Develop enterprise workflows for quoting, project tracking, and reporting
Implement secure authentication and role-based access (Azure AD / Entra ID)
Build integrations with

ERP systems (JD Edwards)

and third-party tools
Deploy and manage applications in

Microsoft Azure
Work directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Required Skills

8+ years in software development
Strong experience in

C#, ASP.NET Core
Frontend experience with

React
Strong SQL Server and database design skills
REST API development experience
Azure cloud experience
Authentication & authorization (AD / RBAC)
Experience with enterprise application development
• Nice to Have

JD Edwards / ERP integration experience
Power BI / reporting tools
Docuware or document management systems
CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
Workflow or quoting systems
