The Role

We're seeking an Artist Marketing & Audience Manager to lead digital campaign execution, audience development, and creator partnerships across FADER Label, FADER Management, and FADER Editorial.

This role sits at the intersection of music, media, and culture, working closely with artists, managers, marketers, editorial teams, and brand partners to help campaigns reach and engage audiences. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of digital marketing, creator ecosystems, and audience growth, along with a genuine passion for music and culture.

This role reports to the General Manager of FADER Music Group.

What You'll Do

Artist Marketing & Campaign Management

Lead day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns for artist releases, tours, and key moments
Collaborate with artist managers, creative teams, and external partners to develop campaign plans and audience strategies
Manage timelines, assets, approvals, and campaign deliverables across multiple projects
Identify opportunities to extend campaign reach through social, creator, and community channels
Support release planning from announcement through launch and beyond
Audience Growth & Development

Develop strategies that grow artist audiences and deepen fan engagement
Identify emerging audience behaviors, platform trends, and content opportunities
Partner with internal teams to ensure campaigns are optimized for platform-specific audiences
Help build repeatable audience growth systems across FADER's artist and media properties
Creator & Community Partnerships

Build and manage relationships with creators, tastemakers, fan communities, and digital publishers
Develop creator strategies that support artist releases and company initiatives
Coordinate creator activations, partnerships, and influencer campaigns
Identify new partnership opportunities across social platforms and emerging communities
Editorial & Media Integration

Partner with FADER Editorial to maximize the reach of interviews, cover stories, video content, and editorial franchises
Develop distribution strategies that extend content beyond owned channels
Help connect artist, media, and brand initiatives where appropriate
Analytics & Insights

Track campaign performance across platforms
Monitor audience growth, engagement, and creator campaign effectiveness
Develop reporting and recommendations for internal teams and partners
Use data and insights to inform future marketing strategies
Who You Are

Curious and knowledgeable about music, culture, media, and how audiences engage online
Comfortable balancing creative thinking with operational execution
Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
Someone who takes initiative and enjoys building things from the ground up
What You Bring

3-5 years of experience in artist marketing, digital marketing, audience development, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships
Experience working at a record label, management company, media platform, creator agency, entertainment company, or consumer brand
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
Experience managing digital campaigns and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
Familiarity with creator marketing and influencer partnerships
Experience using analytics and reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
What We Offer

Pay range for this role is between $69,000 and $90,000
