About the Role
The Associate Digital Producer is responsible for supporting the production and launch of digital content and projects related to our Seasonal Campaign content for Banana Republic. This role requires a tool guru who is highly detail‑oriented and partners with cross‑functional teams throughout the production of marketing projects. The primary responsibility is to oversee seasonal digital content execution, support the Producer and Sr. Producer in problem‑solving, feasibility checks, and end‑to‑end project orchestration. Strong project management skills, change management expertise, and a track record of managing multiple projects of varying complexity are essential.

Responsibilities

Support key meetings and milestones, capture feedback and action items, and follow up with owners.

Ensure projects launch on time and meet requirements; keep management informed of progress or deviations.

Use content management tools to author and publish digital content to e‑commerce web and perform cross‑functional QA.

Conduct UAT/QA and track/troubleshoot defects, communicate issues and root causes, and elevate with appropriate urgency.

Respond quickly to scope or schedule changes and communicate impacts to management.

Develop and maintain documentation, templates, and tools to support the Digital Production team.

Assist team on projects to improve digital experience or internal tools.

Assess processes and communication methods, identify improvement areas, and implement change with the Producer and Sr. Producer.

Seek opportunities to learn brand business processes and systems, suggesting new ideas and changes to improve effectiveness.

Communicate clearly with cross‑functional partners, accommodate change requests, and deliver content builds consistently and timely.

Qualifications

Understanding of digital production and release processes, including direct experience with site and email tools and technologies.

Highly detail-oriented with experience managing and communicating deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to self-manage and meet varying deadlines for multiple projects; strong organizational time‑management skills.

Self‑motivated, driven, and able to work independently and within a group setting.

Able to handle routine and impromptu assignments with minimal supervision yet flexible in taking direction from team and co‑workers.

Continuous drive to gain additional knowledge to improve skillset.

Poised in a fast‑paced environment.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

1–3 years of detailed task planning and execution experience.

1–3 years of related digital/online/email experience with a strong preference for e‑commerce.

Salary Range: $117,700 - $153,000 USD
