Role Overview

Senior Product Manager – Converged Advertising at Warner Bros. Discovery. Own and deliver product capabilities that support next‑generation advertising platforms. This role is responsible for the execution of features, workflows, and client‑facing requirements across converged planning, forecasting, yield optimization, and reporting systems, delivered as scalable, cloud‑native solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute against feature roadmaps for converged planning, forecasting, and reporting systems, ensuring delivery aligns with monetization priorities, operational efficiency, and established product strategy.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Client Engineering to deliver scalable, API‑driven workflows supporting billions of monthly ad impressions across linear and digital platforms.
  • Translate advertiser, agency, and sales team needs into clear, actionable product requirements; ensure delivered features improve productivity and campaign performance for global sales and operations users.
  • Use KPIs, usage metrics, and structured feedback loops to prioritize features that improve yield optimization, sales velocity, and ROI.
  • Act as a hands‑on product owner and execution partner working closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Data Science to align product capabilities with revenue priorities and advertiser outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA or advanced technical certification a plus).
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within advertising technology, SaaS, or enterprise platform environments.
  • Familiarity with campaign management, forecasting, yield optimization, and converged linear + digital ad systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, enterprise‑scale product features in partnership with engineering teams, with measurable user adoption and business impact.
  • Experience gathering business needs and aligning product execution with revenue objectives, operational efficiency, and client outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
  • Experience contributing to modernization initiatives, including migration of legacy systems toward cloud‑native platforms.

Compensation

Pay Range: $105,280.00 - $195,520.00 per year. Additional rewards may include annual bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards.
