Role Overview

The QTS Producer, Photo & Video is responsible for producing high‑quality, emotional multimedia assets that bring the QTS brand story to the world. As a key member of the Brand + Marketing team, the Producer works closely with internal QTS teams and external service partners to deliver compelling visual content.
Responsibilities

Think creatively and produce marketing, product, sales, and customer testimonial videos following brand standards.
Work with the marketing team to create a vision and conceive designs for innovative videos to promote QTS products.
Produce and edit videos from conception to final product, including development of storyboards, shot lists, on‑site personnel coordination, sound editing and graphical elements.
Produce motion graphics, including text animations, special effects, and 2D/3D images for web and digital displays.
Ensure brand alignment across all projects.
Recommend enhancements to QTS video media content, including production techniques, tools and equipment.
Organise, manage and curate QTS digital media library.
Support formatting, production, distribution, and placement of QTS videos.
Ensure vendor‑driven assets are consistent with internally created assets.
Qualifications

BA or BS in Marketing, Photography, Video Production, Visual Design, Broadcast Journalism or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3-5 years of professional video production, photography and/or digital animation experience.
Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to convey ideas and manage multiple projects.
Impressive digital portfolio of prior work.
Capacity to work within a broad matrix structure and fast‑paced environment.
Ability to present complex ideas to senior executives and product teams.
Up to 20% travel required.
Nice to Have

Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and video editing software.
Intermediate knowledge of colour grading.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D or similar.
Experience with RAW file format and understanding of cameras, lenses, lighting and audio equipment.
Adaptability to image management processes.
