Director of Sales

The Director of Sales is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving total hotel revenue through strategic oversight of the Group, Corporate, Leisure, and Entertainment sales segments at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. This role is ideal for an accomplished, commercially minded sales leader with prior Director of Sales or Associate Director of Sales experience, preferably within a luxury hotel environment. The successful candidate will bring a sophisticated understanding of luxury sales strategy, revenue optimization, team leadership, and client relationship management, with the ability to operate confidently in a complex and highly competitive Los Angeles market.
As a key member of the Commercial leadership team, the Director of Sales will partner closely with the Commercial Director, Revenue Management, Marketing, Catering, Conference Services, and Operations to ensure all sales efforts are aligned with the hotel's broader business objectives. This individual will be responsible for leading a seasoned and tenured sales team, providing strategic direction, coaching, accountability, and inspiration to drive both individual and collective performance. The role requires a polished, proactive, and results-oriented leader who can balance long-term strategic planning with daily execution, while representing the Four Seasons brand with excellence, credibility, and commercial discipline.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate will have 24 years of experience as a Director of Sales or Associate Director of Sales, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or complex urban market. Prior experience leading an established sales team is strongly preferred. Experience within a luxury hospitality environment is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of elevated client expectations, brand positioning, high-touch relationship management, and premium market dynamics.
