This role addresses the critical challenge of converting high-level corporate brand strategies into high-impact, commercially viable marketing initiatives that drive market share growth. The primary focus centers on leading complex, multi-channel creative campaigns that elevate brand equity and establish deep emotional connections with consumers above simple transaction-based product offers. Navigating a rapidly shifting, disruptive market requires active cross-functional coordination with Digital, Product, and Local Marketing teams to ensure unified brand execution. Success relies on disciplined agency management, meticulous project oversight, and the structured evaluation of brand health metrics to maximize commercial performance.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
Execute high-impact creative campaigns that measurably improve brand awareness and positive sentiment to capture market share
Manage the comprehensive brand calendar to guarantee all commercial initiatives launch on time and fully align with corporate business objectives
Translate complex business goals into clear, actionable creative briefs that result in breakthrough upper-funnel content and long-term equity
Collaborate across Digital, Product, and Local Marketing departments to build unified brand-level campaigns that successfully anchor localized and product-specific promotions
Utilize generative AI productivity and creative tools to accelerate workflow execution, streamline brief generation, and optimize campaign ideation
Evaluate campaign performance and brand health tracking metrics to provide data-driven recommendations that continually optimize creative output and ROI
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring)
Ability to steer complex, multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns from initial concept through post-production delivery
Strong skills in managing external creative and media agencies to ensure all deliverables align with strategy and hit established performance KPIs
Deep expertise in consumer behavior trends, upper-funnel brand building, and creative storytelling within highly competitive or disruptive industries
A collaborative and curious mindset focused on cross-functional problem-solving, strategic alignment, and high-quality collective execution
AI literacy and the ability to integrate advanced AI tools into marketing workflows, brief creation, and operational tasks to drive team efficiency
Critical experiences leading high-impact brand initiatives in a fast-paced environment where brand-building is treated as a disciplined financial lever
Additional Qualifications
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced business degree
Prior training or experience within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment emphasizing structured brand-equity models
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum Experience : 4 years of experience in brand management or marketing
Required Technical Skills :
Managing integrated, multi-channel creative campaign production and coordinating external agencies
Analyzing brand equity metrics, tracking performance data, and reporting campaign ROI
Leveraging digital collaborative workflows and creative project management tools

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year
