Sr. Commercial Marketing Manager, Customer Growth & Segmentation
Responsible for driving 5G broadband growth through customer segment innovation, commercialization strategy, and market expansion initiatives. The role identifies and develops high‑potential customer segments, differentiates value propositions, and targets acquisition strategies that strengthen T‑Mobile’s competitive position for its Postpaid and Prepaid broadband business.
Responsibilities
Lead customer segment innovation and commercialization initiatives focused on driving 5G broadband growth and customer acquisition
Develop customer segmentation frameworks, value propositions, acquisition strategies, and business cases to support growth initiatives
Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, Pricing, Brand, Commercial Growth, and Planning teams to develop and execute go‑to‑market initiatives
Manage segment performance using insights and marketing intelligence to optimize strategy and drive continuous improvement
Present strategic recommendations, opportunity assessments, and performance updates to senior leadership
Perform other duties/projects assigned by business management as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or 7 years of equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred
7+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Customer Segmentation, Growth Marketing, or related disciplines
Proven experience developing customer acquisition strategies and commercialization plans in highly competitive industries
Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities with the ability to translate customer, market, and performance insights into actionable business strategies
Experience developing value propositions, go‑to‑market plans, and targeted customer strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across matrixed organizations
Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem solving
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Travel Required: Yes
Work Location & Requirements
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
