Position Summary

Senior Director, Portfolio Messaging & Activation – lead the global narrative for Salesforce’s Agentforce Sales portfolio, creating compelling stories that resonate with CROs, Sales Leaders, and Sellers across all channels worldwide.
Key Responsibilities

Architect the global Agentforce Sales narrative and develop core messaging and positioning for the entire portfolio.
Partner with C‑suite leaders to craft keynote scripts, slide decks, demos, and speaker coaching for major events such as Dreamforce and Salesforce World Tours.
Develop creative assets – pitch decks, success stories, event content, and enablement materials – that articulate the value proposition of Agentforce Sales.
Lead messaging activation at high‑profile events, working with Events, Creative, and Media teams to weave the portfolio story into keynotes, demos, breakout sessions, and promotions.
Ensure the global narrative is localized for regional operating units, providing high‑fidelity assets and frameworks for regional teams.
Oversee a dedicated team of event and content specialists, managing strategic and operational aspects of premier events, including logistics, vendor management, and onsite execution.
Collaborate with product marketing teams on product launches, integrating the portfolio narrative into go‑to‑market strategies.
Coach and lead a high‑performing PMM team, establishing operating rhythms, goals, and development plans.
Required Skills & Experience

12+ years in Product Marketing Management or Brand Strategy, with a proven ability to simplify complex technical portfolios into visionary stories.
Leadership experience managing high‑performing teams in enterprise SaaS, Data & AI, and CRM environments.
Expertise in messaging and positioning product portfolios for diverse audiences, including executive communication.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong slide‑building, scripting, and stage presence.
Ability to counsel C‑level executives on narrative structure and presentation skills.
Experience tailoring a global story to local markets in cities such as London, Tokyo, or Sydney.
Strong project management skills and a track record of launching products and driving go‑to‑market initiatives.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and passion for storytelling.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Qualifications

Demonstrated success leading and developing high‑performing teams.
Skilled in crafting and delivering high‑stakes executive presentations with strong slide design and scripting.
Ability to integrate compelling product demonstrations into narratives.
Proven track record of launching products and driving cross‑functional go‑to‑market strategies.
Excellent project management, prioritization, and deadline‑management skills in fast‑paced environments.

Base salary range: $181,700 – $304,700 annually (excluding bonus, equity, and benefits)
