Sales Producer

Job Roles and Responsibilities

Work company provided leads to generate new business

Build relationships with prospective and existing clients

Present insurance solutions based on customer needs

Follow up with leads and sales opportunities in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Work with team members to support overall agency goals

Meet established sales and production targets

Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications and Certifications

Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred

Previous sales background required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work toward sales goals and performance expectations

Motivated, team oriented, and customer focused approach

Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities

Insurance industry experience is a plus but not required
