Job Description
The Sr. Graphic Designer is a member of the Brand Creative Team for Revelyst in Irvine, CA. With a high-level aesthetic and expert technical skills, this Graphic Designer role will bring concepts to execution with a specific point of view on each platform.

Job Overview
This role is responsible for leading and executing creative design projects, mentoring Jr. and Associate level Graphic designers, and collaborating with various stakeholders to develop visually compelling and effective design solutions. Your expertise in graphic design principles, industry trends, and software proficiency will be vital in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality assets that align with the company’s brand identity and communication goals.

As the Sr. Graphic Designer , you will have an opportunity to:

Design Strategy:

Work closely with the marketing, branding, and product teams to understand project requirements, business objectives, and target audiences. Translate these insights into effective design strategies that align with the company’s overall goals.

Conceptualization and Design:

Create original and impactful designs across various mediums, including print, digital, social media, web, packaging, and other marketing collateral. Develop design concepts that resonate with the brand identity and deliver the intended message to the target audience.

Brand Management:

Ensure consistent application of the brand guidelines and visual identity across all design projects. Maintain brand integrity while exploring new design elements and styles that enhance the brands positioning. Manage the graphic design for product launch materials, paid performance ads, retail and in-store executions, and print advertisements. Internal/External communication graphics.

Project Management:

Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines met and the quality of deliverables is exceptional. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors as needed. Digital focus includes emails, site assets, and landing pages.

Visual Content Creation:

Design graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements that support marketing campaigns, social media strategies, presentations and various content formats.

Stay Updated on Trends:

Stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the design process and deliver innovative solutions.

Quality Control:

Review and approve designs created by the team, ensuring they meet brand guidelines, design standards, and project requirements.

Software proficiency:

Demonstrate expertise in graphic design software (e.g., adobe creative suite – illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc) and other relevant tools to produce high-quality visual assets.

Creative leadership:

As a mentor for the Jr. and Associate level designers, you will mentor by providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the teams success and growth, Foster a collaborative and inspiring environment that encourages innovative thinking and design excellence.

You Have:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field/ experience

Proven experience (typically 4+ years) as a graphic designer or related role

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different media

Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail

Adobe CS Programs

Produce rapidly, with accurate beautiful dynamic work

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a design team

Strong understanding of design principles, typography color theory, and layout techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts and strategies.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Familiarity with marketing and brand principles is a plus.

Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is advantageous but not required.

Driven mindset with unwavering position to get the job done

You follow and reinforce global brand guidelines

Project-manage and prioritize own work and communicate delays or likely delivery times for creative work to team

Possess strong interpersonal skills: you’re a positive team player with excellent communication skills and capacity to work well with a team and as an individual

Will take part in Marketing team meetings and communicate requirements for design elements to the broader team

Must be hard working, organized, and motivated.

Have an interest in either the Moto, Cycling industry or passionate about a healthy and active lifestyle

Pay Range
Annual Salary: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
