The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting PlastiCert’s marketing activities, including website content, digital marketing coordination, social media, branding support, marketing materials, AI-assisted content development, and basic marketing reporting.
The role is expected to help maintain a consistent, professional, and organized marketing presence for PlastiCert. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, comfort with digital tools, and the ability to learn technical subject matter over time.

Position Overview
PlastiCert is hiring a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support our website, branding, digital marketing, social media, and customer-facing marketing materials.
This role is a good fit for someone early in their marketing career who is organized, curious, comfortable with digital tools, and interested in learning how marketing supports a technical B2B manufacturing company.
The Marketing Coordinator will help improve PlastiCert’s web presence, coordinate with outside marketing partners, support branding efforts, create content, and help build a more consistent professional presence online.
Key Responsibilities
Support updates to website content, messaging, and basic SEO.
Help improve qualified website traffic through content, search, and digital marketing support.
Coordinate with third-party agencies supporting online ad spend, website updates, SEO, or other marketing services.
Assist with brand development efforts, including potential updates to PlastiCert’s visual identity, messaging, and customer-facing materials.
Create and schedule professional LinkedIn and social media content.
Help develop marketing materials such as capability sheets, presentation content, website copy, customer case studies, and email content.
Use AI tools to assist with content creation, research, campaign ideas, editing, and marketing workflow improvements.
Track basic marketing activity and performance metrics.
Maintain organization of marketing files, brand assets, photos, logos, templates, and content calendars.
Work with internal team members to gather information for marketing content.
Qualifications
0–5 years of marketing, communications, digital marketing, or related experience.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Comfortable using digital tools and learning new software.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on assigned work.
Interest in B2B marketing, manufacturing, engineering, or technical products.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Analytics, SEO, Canva, WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools is helpful but not required.
Experience using AI tools for marketing, writing, research, or content development is a plus.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is practical, self-motivated, and eager to learn. They should be comfortable taking direction, asking good questions, and turning ideas into useful marketing content.
This person does not need to be a manufacturing expert on day one, but should be interested in learning the business and capable of communicating technical topics in a clear, professional way.
