Marketing Manager – Digital Presence Lead
Eurofins PSS Insourcing has an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our team.

The Marketing Manager will oversee driving digital innovation, the creation of robust content strategies and lead generation methods, and leading high‑impact website transformation.

Responsibilities

Own the end‑to‑end transition of our website and country sites

Define site architecture, taxonomy, and content strategy

Write and optimize SEO‑driven web content and metadata

Design and build pages in Umbraco CMS (v13)

Manage redirects, analytics, and post‑launch optimization

Partner with global teams on campaign URL updates and site governance

Support launch and hypercare phase troubleshooting

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital & traditional)

Own content strategy across web, blogs, and social media

Create compelling sales and promotional collateral

Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies

Support conferences, trade shows, and brand promotions

Work cross‑functionally with global marketing and leadership teams

Align campaigns with corporate branding and messaging

Partner with country site owners to scale content internationally

Contribute to a strong, consistent global brand identity for Eurofins PSS

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Minimum 5 years of business‑to‑business professional services marketing experience

Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms

Proficient communication skills (both verbal and written)

Experience developing social media campaigns generating leads

Highly organized with excellent time management skills

Creative mindset

Ability to travel up to 25%

Experience with and/or knowledge of an insourcing model and/or recruiting services

Knowledge of and/or experience working in the life sciences industry

Direct sales lead generation experience

Knowledge of MS CRM

The position is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with overtime as needed.
