Vice President of Production

Bond Events · Multiple locations ·

Pay:
$150,000-$190,000/yr
Job type:
Full Time

Bond Events is not your typical event production agency, and we're not looking for typical people.

On any given day, you might find yourself researching the logistics of moving a spacecraft across the country, sourcing a custom-built inflatable that isn't actually filled with helium, deciphering a celebrity rider, or helping a client solve a challenge no one saw coming. Curiosity is practically a job requirement.

We love people who pay attention to the world around them. People who notice great design, remember a brilliant scene from a film, discover a new restaurant before everyone else, follow cultural trends, appreciate craftsmanship, and are constantly collecting inspiration from unexpected places. The best ideas rarely come from staring at an event floor plan.

Our team is thoughtful, collaborative, creative, and exceptionally good at what we do. We care deeply about our clients, but we care just as much about each other. We celebrate wins, share knowledge freely, pitch in when things get hectic, and genuinely enjoy working together. We believe great events are built by great teams, and great teams are built by people who show up with curiosity, humility, pride in their work, and a healthy sense of humor.

We're looking for someone who is confident but not arrogant, creative but practical, strategic but willing to roll up their sleeves. Someone who takes pride in solving problems, leading teams, mentoring others, and continually finding better ways to do things. Someone who wants more than a job title. Someone who wants to help shape a growing organization and build something meaningful alongside people they genuinely enjoy spending time with..

If you're looking for predictable, this probably isn't the place for you.

If you're looking for meaningful work, talented colleagues, endless opportunities to learn, and the occasional adventure that begins with an unexpected Google search, we'd love to meet you.
