Job Description
The Role:

We’re seeking a Copywriter who is equal parts conceptual thinker and systems thinker. You’ll partner closely with an Art Director to develop integrated campaigns, social content, digital experiences, and scalable creative systems that help brands show up consistently and effectively across channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands how ideas translate across social, digital, and emerging platforms—and who enjoys creating work that is both strategically grounded and visually compelling. If you already have an Art Director partner you love working with, we’d love to hear from you both. Creative teams are encouraged to apply together.

This position is a full-time contract role based in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do

Develop compelling creative concepts from brief through execution

Partner closely with an Art Director to create integrated campaign ideas

Create social-first content and platform-specific creative across paid, owned, and organic channels

Design and evolve visual systems that scale across campaigns, content streams, and customer touchpoints

Present creative work internally and to clients with confidence and clarity

Collaborate with strategists, designers, producers, and account teams throughout the creative process

Ensure creative excellence and consistency across all deliverables

Stay current on digital culture, social trends, emerging platforms, and evolving creative best practices

Help shape and maintain the visual identity of a major regional brand

Qualifications
Qualifications

3-6 years of experience in advertising, creative agencies, or related fields

Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and exceptional copywriting skills

Demonstrated fluency with modern AI collaboration tools and a clear point of view on how they fit into the creative process.

Familiarity with native ad tech platforms and ad managers, with a solid understanding of how creative assets are optimized for paid media

Experience developing work across social, digital, and integrated campaigns

Understanding of social content ecosystems and platform best practices

Experience creating scalable design systems, brand systems, or modular creative frameworks

Strong presentation and communication skills both internally and with client

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment

Compensation Range: USD $66,120.00 - USD $87,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
