Inside Sales CoordinatorPay: $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience.Hours: 8am-5pm, Mon-FriLocation: 10759 Hampshire Ave S. Bloomington, MN 55438Position Overview:The Inside Sales Coordinator will assist the JFW Commercial Sales Team by providing various administrative and operational support to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of products to our customers.Responsibilities:Administrative Sales Support:Assist with quote creation, customer proposal creation, presentations, and distribution to customers as neededManage the commercial CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system by:Assign sales leadsSet up new users and train new Commercial Account ManagersMaintain retail referral program:Oversee distribution of leadsContact Commercial Account Managers (CAMs) as needed to update their lead status and track wins/losses and report for commissionable purposesCoordinate lead generation for CAMs:Assist in scheduling appointmentsManage all lead generation systems; qualify and distribute warm leads to sales teamHit assigned monthly targets for new lead generationFind and qualify new opportunities. Introduce the company and solutions to the customer and warm the relationship and opportunity to pass to outside salesOperational Support:Facilitate the steps through delivery of items are finalized.Provide oversight on submitted orders for accuracy in product, customer information, payment terms, etc.Communicate ETAs, shipping updates, delivery timelines, and site readinessOwn the communication between the customer, operations, sales, and installationManage unforeseen delays and site readiness issues and communicate to all necessary partiesService coordination and management:Oversee all open service needs for the assigned sales teamProvide communication and coordination with the service team and 3rd party to achieve resolutionEstablish a continuous line of communication with the customer and sales as the process progresses to resolution at every step of the processOwn the process from identification of issue through resolution with communication to all partiesAccounts Receivable (AR) Management:Coordinate open accounts receivables between sales, accounting, and the customer and updating the status on AR documentProactively contact the customer for updates on payment status and collecting payments as neededProvide W9, COIs, invoices, etc. as needed to assist with swift paymentPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements:Education:High school degree or equivalent requiredAdditional training in administration, business or other related courses is preferredExperience:Previous administrative experience and/or background is requiredOther Requirements:Basic working experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word and OutlookExperience working with adobe and/or other publishing softwareStrong organizational skillsMust be punctual and reliableBenefits:We offer an excellent compensation package and team-oriented work environment with growth opportunities.
