Colgate-Palmolive is a global consumer products company operating in over 200 countries, specializing in Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Skin Care, and Pet Nutrition.

We seek a Corporate Communications Specialist who will report to the Director of Global Communications and work as part of the Corporate Communications team to implement a dynamic corporate communications and content strategy for Hill's Pet Nutrition.

Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Brand Alignment:

Translate organizational initiatives, operational updates, policy changes, and program launches into employee-friendly, action-oriented communications. Lead the development of strategies for employer brand and corporate communications in partnership with the broader team.

Employer Brand Social Media:

Oversee all aspects of corporate social media and employer brand channels, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed. Develop strategy, vendor management, content planning, and execution.

Media Monitoring:

Support weekly media monitoring, tracking industry trends, competitor activity, and Hill's-specific coverage to provide actionable insights.

Project Management:

Develop, drive, and improve project workflows while establishing best practices to maximize productivity efficiencies and maintain high-quality communication outputs using Monday.com.

Trend Analysis:

Stay relevant and up-to-date on all corporate communications, design and marketing trends, as well as cultural events.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the Hill’s organization and parent company, Colgate-Palmolive.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, digital marketing, or similar role.

Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in corporate communications, marketing communications, social media management, or public relations.

Experience delivering strategies and communications that effectively support change initiatives and alignment to organizational/business goals.

Expertise in overseeing and growing professional social media channels (LinkedIn) and employer reputation platforms (Glassdoor, Indeed).

Ability to create and tell stories through visual mediums (graphic design, video, etc.).

Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and make timely, effective decisions.

Use of AI tools to accelerate research, spark ideas, and sharpen content.

Proficiency in Google AI tools, Adobe Creative Suite and content creation tools.

Experience with media monitoring tools and analytics platforms.

Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-based, global, and highly complex, matrixed environment.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $86,000.00 - $121,000.00 USD.

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays. Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
