Job Summary
The Account Executive works with branded partner retail locations to achieve regional sales objectives and deliver consistent customer experience. They collaborate with branded partners' management in a specific market area to enhance sales, customer experience, operations, and finances, establishing goals and identifying areas for strategic and operational improvement.
Core Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive operational support (CARE, Tech Ops, Billing, Warehouse) to branded partner locations for consistent customer experience.
Managing ongoing relationships with branded partners and developing and distributing promotional and communications materials.
Ensuring each branded partner location is maintained and merchandised consistently with brand standards and operating guidelines.
Serving as liaison to branded partners regarding sales and customer care issues that may require escalation to Comcast.
Delivering sales presentations to partners, showcasing product knowledge and advantages over competitors.
Attaining territorial sales goals and objectives established by regional‑divisional management.
Providing support to branded partner locations by addressing system outages, supply chain, and inventory issues.
Consistently exercising independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Maintaining regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
Being available to work nights and weekends with variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Pay Range & Compensation
Base: $62,022.47 – $103,577.53 (dependent on experience). Targeted Commission: $21,600.00. Additional incentives may be available for overachievement.
Education
Bachelor's Degree (preferred). Candidates with relevant coursework and experience will also be considered.
Relevant Work Experience
2–5 years in a similar role.
