Senior Project Manager

Join our team as a Senior Project Manager, where you'll lead creative and operational workflows for agency projects, driving complex initiatives and mentoring a talented team in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities
Lead and manage cross-functional projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment and successful delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to enhance project experiences.
Identify and mitigate project risks while overseeing a diverse portfolio of work across multiple project managers.
Support and coach team members to foster professional growth and elevate project outcomes.
Analyze workflows to identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices.
Skills
5-10 years of experience in project management within a creative agency environment.
Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, with a preference for Airtable.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Experience with capacity planning and project forecasting methodologies.
Familiarity with creative production processes such as design and copywriting.
A collaborative mindset with a focus on building strong relationships across teams.
